You will be deploying a next-generation Asset Manager model where licensed professionals oversee real estate portfolios strategically — not reactively. You will manage a defined portfolio, earn recurring monthly compensation per active door, and develop long-term investor relationships that naturally generate transactional opportunities. Portfolio Compensation • $30+/active door, per month • Target portfolio size: 75–125 doors as proficiency develops • 100 doors = $3,000+/month recurring base • 200 doors = $6,000+/month recurring base Your income scales with performance and portfolio growth. Sales Commission Opportunity • Competitive commission splits • Natural pipeline from landlords, tenants, and investors • Leasing and sales opportunities tied directly to your portfolio This is a business-within-a-business structure. Physical Stewardship • Quarterly property inspections (zInspector) • Drive-by monitoring • Risk identification and escalation Landlord Advisory • Monthly strategy calls • Annual performance reviews • Rental positioning and retention guidance Tenant Retention • Proactive renewal monitoring • Occupancy stabilization • Relationship oversight Maintenance coordination and repetitive administrative tasks are systemized to protect your time.
