You enjoy solving complex problems while contributing with new ideas and techniques, leading to continuous improvement for the team. Ability to own loosely defined features from technical design through completion, and deliver on commitments. Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer building and maintaining a SaaS application. Experience with CI/CD (e.g. Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins) and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes). Strong experience with Python and modern Python frameworks and technologies, such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy. Experience maintaining, building, and optimizing REST APIs. Experience with cloud computing environments (E.g., AWS) Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken. Preferred: Hands-on experience building internal coding agents (e.g., ticket-to-MR, automated code review) and leading their rollout, including process design and team enablement. Solid experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling. Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark ecosystems. Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch. Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools in daily workflows, including but not limited to Claude Code, Copilot, and Cursor. Belonging & Inclusion .
