Asset Servicing Client & Agent Services Senior Analyst

Asset Servicing Operations (ASO) provides operational and client service support for DTCC’s Asset Services products and services. The Asset Servicing Client Support team provides centralized support to DTC clients, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and escalations. The Corporate Actions Senior Analyst researches and responds to client inquiries and escalations, partnering with Operations, Agents, Participants, Relationship Management, and other internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate resolutions. The role provides client support through Salesforce, telephone, and the web portal and tracks inquiries and escalations through resolution.
