Role Objective
Oversee a variety of mechanical & electrical-related renovation and energy-saving projects within Hong Kong
Job Duties
Conduct in-house feasibility studies on mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems design in the project’s feasibility stage and/or energy studies with implementation plans to achieve higher energy efficiency, especially on central air conditioning systems
Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within set timelines and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met effectively
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and ensure adherence to quality standards
Participate in project meetings, providing updates and feedback to the project manager
Identify potential risks or issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies
Support the documentation process, ensuring all project records are accurate and up to date
Requirements
Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in M&E system design, project management or a related role
Knowledge of data analysis, Power BI, and AI applications in energy study preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Experience in energy management, M&E system testing & commissioning, and existing M&E system upgrading work is an advantage
Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, green building certifications and best practices
