Pay: $17.00 per hour Job description: Assistant Manager – Full Time Sanders Candy – Rochester, MI We have an opening for Full-Time Assistant Manager at our beautiful Sanders retail store located in Rochester, MI. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a friendly, outgoing personality who wants to work in a fun, clean, environment that smells amazing! Qualified candidates must be willing and able to work various shifts Monday through Sunday, including holidays as needed. The starting pay rate is $17.00 per hour, and you will be eligible for a 20% employee discount! As an assistant manager you will be responsible for representing Sanders in a positive manner by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to all our guests. Duties and Responsibilities Assists with inventory tracking and product management using SAP to help keep the store stocked and organized. Helps create and adjust team schedules to support daily business needs. Oversees store operations and serves as the manager on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable. Assists with onboarding and training new team members. Provides day to day guidance, coaching, and support to Retail Associates. Helps ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience for all guests. Supports product merchandising, restocking, and overall store presentation. Assists with resolving customer concerns and employee questions in a timely and professional manner. Promotes teamwork and helps maintain a positive and engaging work environment. Qualifications Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day. Ability to work independently when necessary. Ability to learn and follow all health and safety regulations Display good work ethic and dependability. Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions, inventory counts, and basic calculations accurately.
