Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Experience and knowledge in Stamping Die manufacturing process
Checking manufacturing feasibility of sheet metal parts
Perform complete process simulation in Autoform R12.0 software
Able to provide suggestions on die face and part modification to achieve First time Right Engineering
Knowledge of material properties, stress-strain curve, FLD curve for Steel, Aluminium, HSS, AHSS & UHSS materials
Achieve 100% green simulation with operation wise Spring back Analysis and compensation strategy planning
