Our newly established, rapidly growing Transaction Services team in Ireland is looking for ambitious and commercially minded Assistant Managers to join our expanding team in either Dublin or Belfast.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth advisory firm and play a key role in building our Transaction Services offering in Ireland. You will work alongside experienced Transaction Services leaders, gain exposure to a broad range of buy-side and sell-side transactions, and collaborate closely with Interpath’s global Transaction Services network on cross-border engagements. The role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Transaction Services, Audit, Corporate Finance or a related advisory environment. Whilst previous FDD experience is advantageous, we are equally keen to hear from high-performing audit professionals looking to transition into a deals-focused environment and develop their transaction advisory skillset. You will gain hands-on experience, work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing and entrepreneurial Transaction Services team. Responsibilities: Support the delivery of Transaction Services engagements, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments. Review and analyse financial information to identify key trends, performance drivers, potential risks and areas of value creation. Assist in preparing high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations and supporting analysis. Work collaboratively with clients, management teams and other advisors throughout the transaction process. Apply strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights that support investment decisions. Take ownership of assigned workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
