About The Role We're seeking an energetic, guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver exceptional events and dining experiences in a premium hospitality environment. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, leading front-of-house teams, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring every guest experience is memorable. This is a full-time , hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and creating a positive team culture.
