Your responsibilities will include: Assist the Service Manager with daily department operations Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service Answer incoming calls and customer questions Schedule and coordinate service appointments Communicate with customers throughout the repair process Follow up with customers regarding service and repairs Prepare and complete repair orders accurately Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management Help monitor the status of vehicles throughout the service process Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient service department Help ensure company service standards and customer expectations are met What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, motivated, and comfortable working with both customers and a service team.
