The Opportunity :
We are seeking a Assistant Vice President, Executive Underwriter - Programs with extensive Property Expertise to play a key role in the profitable growth and strategic development of our Programs’ portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of program underwriting, portfolio management, and specialized property risk, with a strong emphasis on designing, scaling, and optimizing property-driven programs across niche and emerging industries.
The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical property underwriting expertise and program leadership experience, with the ability to build, evaluate, and evolve programs from both a portfolio and individual risk perspective. This includes influencing underwriting strategy, enhancing governance frameworks, and partnering with MGAs and brokers to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
