Business school is looking for an Associate Director, Undergraduate Programs – Business School to join its team!
The Associate Directors are responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of the program. This comprises coordinating tasks among various team members; overseeing the implementation of guidelines and policies; monitoring logistics and operations; supporting faculty members; and overall responsibility for student services – including the direct services by the Program Management and Program Experience team and coordination with various departments to ensure a world-class experience for students in all Undergraduate Programs of IE Business School BBA, BBA-LLB, BBA-BIR, BBA-BDBA, BBA-BID, BCDM, BBSS, Global BBA.
The Associate Director will report to the Executive Director, will manage a team of Program Coordinators and Program Assistants, and will interact with Faculty, Students, different departments of IE and external agencies required for running the program.

Responsibilities
Your role as an Associate Director will involve:
Identifies areas of opportunity and present recommendations with specific focus on process improvement and student satisfaction.
Manages and executes entire projects or components of large projects aimed at improving operations/students’ satisfaction
Designs program mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks, improve communication and gather feedback from a wide range of internal stakeholders
Proposes and implements metrics to manage performance.
Develops and implements program guidelines.
Manages the relation with key internal stakeholders
