Job Title: Associate, Manufacturing Engineer Job Code: 40075 Job Location: Londonderry, NH Job Schedule: 9/80:  Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off      Job Description:  Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects    Design develop and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems   Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes    Interface with engineering in coordinating the release of new products    Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines    Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations  Qualifications:  To be qualified, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.  Preferred Skills:  Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD and/or Pro-E, Six Sigma, technical writing, MS Project and/or MS SharePoint Experience/training with AI tools to be used for systems engineering work, e.g., PFMEA, DFMEA, DOE design Experience/training with process flow mapping, PFEP, production material controls
