Fluent Spanish, in writing and speaking, to support clear communication with client committees, officials, and delegations.
Experience living or working within the adaptive community, informing attentive service to Paralympic athletes and delegations.
3+ years of experience building client-centered relationships or coordinating multiple stakeholders across a complex, international operating environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage status tracking, reporting tools, and competing milestones across multiple client and functional-area stakeholders.
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce accurate documents, policies, and client resources under tight timelines.
