We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Associate Principal Graphic Designer with 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, and creative execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core graphics, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into compelling visual assets. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and collaboration to deliver high-quality designs across multiple platforms and formats.
The candidate will work closely with marketing, branding, content, and product teams to develop visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. The role also involves managing multiple projects, maintaining design consistency, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance the overall visual identity of the organization.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design and Visual Communication
Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print applications.
Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into visually appealing and effective design solutions.
Design marketing collaterals, social media creatives, presentations, banners, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across communication channels.
2. Core Graphics Expertise
Demonstrate strong proficiency in core graphic design principles, including layout development, image editing, vector graphics, and visual storytelling.
Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and refine design assets.
Prepare production-ready files while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to technical specifications.
Adapt existing designs for different platforms, formats, audiences, and campaign requirements.
3. Creative Conceptualization and Execution
Generate fresh ideas and innovative visual approaches for campaigns, branding initiatives, and creative projects.
Interpret design briefs, understand target audiences, and develop appropriate visual concepts.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and refine designs through multiple iterations.
Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and creative techniques to improve design quality and efficiency.
4. Collaboration and Project Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, priorities, and project timelines.
Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
