This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite 5 days a week. No relocation is provided for this opportunity.
This role is based across our facilities in Exton and Radnor, Pennsylvania, with time regularly split between both locations.

Job Summary
Engage in a variety of daily operations involving warehouses, site maintenance, and testing of products for life cycle management and sustaining West's core facility safety and security.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform in-process inspections and create documentation as necessary.
Coordinate/perform maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Perform electronic transactions for inventory control, process documentation, and data collections.
Provide training to other technicians as necessary.
Perform analysis using various techniques including established and experimental test methods, statistical methods, and good documentation skills. #LI-AP1 #LI-ONSITE
Education
High School Diploma required
Associate's Degree Technical Field (Chemistry/Biology/Engineering) preferred
Work Experience
3+ years in manufacturing processing (prefer broad exposure and experience in molding, finishing, packaging and equipment maintenance.)
Experience and familiarity with electronic and mechanical manufacturing equipment .
Experience with workshop handling
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with basic computer skills inclusive of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems.
Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description.
Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policies at all times.
Knowledgeable in test method validations, specifically Gage R&R, preferred.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using Minitab, preferred.
