This role involves converting leads, building trust with clients, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and service. Key Responsibilities Convert leads received from bank partners and build strong client relationships. Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales activities. Educate clients on products and provide after-sales support. Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure policy retention and renewals. Candidate Profile Minimum 3 months of experience in sales , preferably in Insurance, Banking, Leasing, Microfinance, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, or FMCG sectors . Entry to mid-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Basic sales and negotiation abilities .
