Impact In This Role At Fictiv, we are building the world's premier platform for hardware manufacturing. As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will support our critical quoting and manufacturability functions, working at the interface between our two sets of customers — the builders who order parts through us, and the manufacturing partners who make them. In this role you will learn to review the manufacturability and cost of parts submitted by our builders across processes such as CNC machining and 3D printing. Under the guidance of senior Solutions Engineers, you will apply your Mechanical Engineering background to interpret designs, prepare accurate quotes for custom parts, and flag design considerations that affect cost, quality, and lead time. Your work helps bring products to market faster and directly supports Fictiv's growth. You will report to a Team Lead within Solutions Engineering, who will support your development from guided execution toward independent ownership of quoting and DFM work.
