World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours.  Job Summary The Associate IDCS Systems Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and testing operating systems and application software for customer orders while collaborating with IT and security departments to set up infrastructure and VPNs. This role involves developing custom scripts to automate processes, supporting large-scale deployment networks, and ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycles. The Integration Systems Engineer must demonstrate strong problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills to enhance system efficiency and address application performance issues. This position is required to report to the SHI Piscataway NJ office location as determined by SHI management. Role Description • Install, configure, and test operating systems and application software for customer orders. • Collaborate with IT and security departments to set up customer VPNs and infrastructure. • Monitor and test application performance, addressing issues with relevant teams. • Maintain and monitor customer-owned equipment in a secure environment. • Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate processes and enhance system efficiency. • Participate in designing information and operational support systems. • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and IT personnel during projects. • Stay updated on industry changes and maintain professional and technical skills. • Support the management of large-scale deployment networks. • Ensure effective communication and resolution of issues throughout project lifecycles.
