Attorney - General Liability

General Liability Attorney (Civil Litigation) A boutique civil litigation practice is seeking an experienced Attorney to join its General Liability team. This role provides hands-on exposure to complex insurance defense and civil litigation matters within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. The Opportunity You'll handle a broad range of civil litigation and insurance defense cases, including medical negligence, premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and general liability claims. Key Responsibilities Manage general liability and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and case reports Take and defend depositions Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials Collaborate closely with clients and litigation teams Qualifications 3–5 years of civil litigation experience Insurance defense and/or trial experience preferred Strong legal writing, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary plus performance bonuses Comprehensive benefits package with 401(k) match Supportive, mentorship-driven culture with growth opportunities
