Qualification
Diploma or Higher National Certificate, in any Engineering related discipline.
Recognized API Q1 Lead Auditor Certification.
BOSIET & HUET EBS Certified (for offshore scope only).
Experience
The Auditor shall have at least (8) years in auditing experience AND five (5) years' experience in E&P auditing.
Fully conversant with international quality standards such as ISO 29001, ISO 9001, and API Q2 and other recognized quality standards.
Prepare Terms of Reference and Audit checklists based on the audit program.
Perform the role of Audit Team leader.
Prepare Opening and Closing Meeting as well as the Audit Reports.
Perform a review of the Auditee Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on Failure Investigation after the Failure Mechanism has been identified and ensure that the Corrective Actions are sustainable.
