Automation and Process Improvement Engineer | F&B (Laguna)

Work Setup: Monday - Friday, Dayshift; Full Onsite Location: Laguna Industry: F&B Key Responsibilities: Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and operational performance. Identify opportunities for process innovation and develop project scopes, timelines, and technical requirements. Manage supplier evaluation and selection to ensure equipment and solutions meet business and engineering standards. Prepare project proposals, secure funding approvals, and oversee project execution from planning through implementation. Supervise equipment testing, installation, qualification, and successful turnover to manufacturing operations while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Professional Engineer (PRC Licensed) is an advantage. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in process innovation, automation, or manufacturing engineering within the food manufacturing industry. Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical systems, industrial automation, PLC programming, control systems, and mechanization. Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to travel and conduct site visits as needed to support project implementation and operational requirements.
