Working as part of a multidisciplinary automation team, this position is responsible for delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions using UiPath and complementary technologies. The role encompasses the full automation development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. The Automation Developer collaborates with business stakeholders, solution architects, and fellow developers to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade automation solutions, integrating with ERP and business applications, and supporting production automations in a complex corporate environment. What your background should look like: Key Responsibilities •    Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using the UiPath platform and related technologies. •    Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable automation workflows. •    Participate in process assessments, solution design workshops, and technical discussions with business and IT stakeholders. •    Deliver medium to high-complexity automation solutions independently while adhering to established development standards and best practices. •    Integrate automations with SAP, ERP systems, databases, web applications, APIs, and other enterprise platforms. •    Execute unit testing, support user acceptance testing activities, and resolve defects identified throughout the delivery lifecycle. •    Troubleshoot and enhance existing automations to improve reliability, performance, and business value. •    Monitor production automations, investigate incidents, and support resolution of operational issues. •    Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality development standards. •    Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and solution design artifacts. •    Collaborate closely with Automation Leads, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and project teams throughout automation delivery. •    Contribute reusable components, frameworks, and development assets to improve automation delivery efficiency. •    Stay up to date with UiPath platform capabilities, automation technologies, and industry best practices.
