Banquet Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspect of the outlet, achieving marketing, profitability and quality service goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Monitoring and overseeing the actual service provided by the staff Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Monitoring the presentation of food products and reviewing any areas of concern with the Banquet Sous Chef Responding efficiently and accurately to Banquet event coordinator and customer complaints Addresses customer concerns on a timely basis Upholding high hygiene standards Implements and practices fair and consistent discipline among staff in accordance with Resort rules and regulations Schedules staff based on forecast business Prepares reports as necessary Perform other assignment as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by the GM or the owner QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field At least 1-3 years work experience as Restaurant Supervisor With knowledge in F&B Service and familiarity in menu, wine and cocktail offerings With good communication skills Can handle multiple events and tasks Willingness to relocate and work in Clark, Pampanga
