A dynamic and supportive work environment Job Purpose: As a Bar Maitre, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bar operations, including overseeing the staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar. You will work closely with the management team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests while also ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Key duties : Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bar. Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, ensuring their satisfaction with the service and products. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including promotions and special events. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained at all times. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve the overall bar operations. Keep track of sales and expenses, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvements. Create, propose elaborate cocktails. Qualifications and Skills: School diploma or equivalent in hospitality or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of inventory management and cost control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
