Barista

Job Title: Barista Key Responsibilities: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare a variety of juice, coffee and tea beverages. Ensure quality control of all beverages and food items Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner Continuously learn about new products and menu items to make recommendations to customers Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday Apply now: malalawi@domomena.com
