If you’re not yet certified, we’ll support you through our ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for and pass the RBT exam, which is required by the licensing board (BACB) to deliver care. What You’ll Do Direct Client Support Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Track Progress & Maintain Quality Collect, organize, and document session data accurately Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families Participating in team meetings and ongoing training Support Operations Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed Requirements Required High school diploma or GED Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review Preferred Experience in childcare, education, or related fields Experience working with children or adolescents Prior exposure to ABA services Position-Specific Items Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on…
