JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Provides onsite observation, training, and community groups. Responsible for drawing upon their experience in the field to educate and train new employees. DAYS & HOURS Saturday and Sunday 7:00pm to 7:00am (Night Shift) ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Promote the mission, values and vision of Centerstone. Provides assistance and supervision to clients in their activities of daily living. Document changes in clients’ social behaviors. Recognize deviations in clients’ mental or physical state and take appropriate action to ensure client and employee safety. Maintain structure and consistency with the clients through the patient/client stay. Develop a professional relationship with the clients in order to gain their cooperation and respect. Document client behaviors. Maintain professional and ethical code of behavior Serve as role model to lower-level peers by demonstrate problem solving skills and teaching clients coping skills. Provide structure and guidance to clients in positive ways. Trains newly hired Behavioral Technicians. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. QUALIFICATIONS           Education Level               High school graduate or equivalent required.
