Bilingual Client Service Representative, Employee Benefits Location: Irvine, CA Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and office-based work Tuesday through Thursday Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Compensation: $62,000 to $80,000, based on experience, licensing, and technical proficiency Career Track: Growth opportunity within the Employee Benefits division Are you a bilingual English-Spanish employee benefits professional who thrives on delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join a growing Employee Benefits team. This position supports daily client service needs, employee inquiries, eligibility updates, case resolution, and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and committed to accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities Serve as a frontline service resource for Employee Benefits clients, employees, and internal team members. Respond to service requests involving eligibility, ID cards, benefit portals, providers, and claims support. Process employee additions, terminations, and qualifying life events in carrier and benefits administration systems. Track service cases, maintain accurate documentation, and follow requests through resolution. Assist with billing discrepancies, eligibility updates, and carrier follow-up. Support open enrollment logistics, employee communications, and benefit-related questions. Deliver responsive, professional, high-touch service in every interaction. What We’re Looking For Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Experience with employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary products. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working across multiple systems. A polished, professional, client-focused service approach. Ability to work from the Irvine office during the initial training period and maintain the required hybrid schedule. Preferred Qualifications Current California Health and Life insurance license. Two or more years of experience in an employee benefits brokerage, agency, carrier, or consulting environment. Experience with BenefitPoint, EASE, Employee Navigator, or similar platforms. Experience supporting open enrollment, employee education, eligibility administration, and ongoing client service.
