The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Onboarding Officer to join our Partner and Client Onboarding team.
Reporting to the Manager, Operations and working in a fast-paced environment, the Bilingual Onboarding Officer is expected to provide high-quality customer service by managing all aspects of onboarding of new advisors. The highly motivated and energetic professional ensures that all advisor, client and head office requests and inquiries are handled promptly with care and accurately, adhering to the established service levels.

What your day looks like:
Partner with Advisors and communicate effectively and ask questions to ensure a smooth onboarding
Provide guidance, support and education on procedures, forms and practices within the Dataphile system to ensure the Advisor is successful in the onboarding process
Be the Subject Matter Expert and answer questions that come into the Onboard Team
Partner internally with other areas of operations and service to ensure that onboarding is done in a timely manner and that concerns are resolved quickly
Update Onboarding Dashboard on weekly basis to monitor Advisor progress
Update account information and collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders and teams to ensure compliance with documentation related to CRA and IRS self-certification of residency status.
Provide additional support for platform transitions, offboarding and other specialized partner support as needed
This role may require occasional travel

Your experience and skills:
Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
