Additional expansion is expected. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our corporate office. This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in supporting daily billing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service for both internal teams and customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to manage invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain strong financial processes. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION Generate accurate sales orders and invoices, ensuring precision in all transactions. Track completed orders without purchase orders and collaborate with Sales and Customers to process invoices. Maintain and update accurate data in accounting systems, including Sage and Laserfiche. Create and maintain forms, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed. Assist sales representatives and customers with billing inquiries, providing custom reports and timely responses. Follow up on open orders to ensure timely and accurate billing. Complete administrative and office management duties as assigned by senior management.
