As a BIM Manager Infrastructure , you are responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering BIM projects while meeting agreed objectives in terms of time, resources and budget. You lead multidisciplinary BIM teams across Structural, Architectural and MEP disciplines and ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations and BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Acting as the central point of contact for all BIM-related matters, you drive BIM excellence from project initiation through to final handover.
Your responsibilities include:
At project and BIM management level
Understanding contractual requirements and defining the BIM scope of the project.
Establishing BIM workflows, procedures and governance frameworks.
Identifying and allocating the required BIM resources, including coaching and training where needed.
Defining BIM software, hardware and ICT requirements.
Developing and maintaining a BIM delivery schedule aligned with the overall project programme.
Preparing and monitoring the BIM budget.
Supporting and coordinating BIM Leads across all disciplines (Structure, Architecture, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, IT, Communication Systems, 3D Scanning, Quantity Surveying, Methods and Coordination).
Serving as the primary BIM contact for clients, partners, consultants and subcontractors.
Contributing to subcontractor BIM requirements and contractual BIM deliverables.
Organising and chairing BIM coordination meetings.
Reporting to the Design Manager during the design phase and to the Technical Manager during construction and handover phases.
Monitoring BIM progress and preparing periodic BIM reports.
Developing and maintaining the BIM Management Plan in collaboration with all project stakeholders while ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
At information management level
Implementing BIM information workflows and procedures.
Managing information exchange through the Common Data Environment (CDE).
Maintaining, validating and updating project information models.
Managing information exchange formats and project data structures.
Configuring project outputs and deliverables from BIM models.
Coordinating BIM data backup and recovery processes with ICT teams.
Managing access rights and remote access to BIM data for project stakeholders.
Facilitating multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection processes.
Ensuring consistency, quality and reliability of BIM models.
Verifying compliance of BIM models with project BIM standards and requirements, together with the BIM Leads.
You have a Master Degree in Construction or Architecture;
You worked as BIM Manager and have at least 10  years of experience in BIM . A BIM experience on a large infrastructure project (+25M$) is a must;
You are aware of the possibilities of the main used modeling software (Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla & ArchiCAD);
You are proficient with the use of BIM Management software…
