What You'll Be Doing You will lead the development, review and coordination of BMS engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, including: Tier 2 engineering and design submittals I/O schedules and data point lists Equipment schedules and system schematics Panel designs, device layouts and control interlocks Functional Design Specifications (FDS) Cause and Effect matrices Testing, demonstration and acceptance documentation O&M documentation and record drawings Technical reviews of vendor and equipment submittals You will ensure that BMS solutions align with project specifications, client requirements and industry standards while maintaining full design traceability and change control throughout the project. Design Coordination & Engineering Responsibilities Lead the development of BMS design documentation for hyperscale data centre projects Review mechanical and electrical design packages to ensure integration with BMS systems Coordinate engineering activities with MEP, BIM, QA/QC and commissioning teams Develop and maintain Functional Design Specifications and control philosophies Produce and review control schematics, wiring diagrams and panel layouts Manage design changes and ensure engineering records remain accurate and auditable Review subcontractor and vendor submittals for technical compliance Participate in design coordination meetings, workshops and model reviews Identify and resolve technical issues during design development Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure designs comply with project specifications, industry standards and client requirements Project Delivery Support Although primarily office-based, you will support project teams throughout delivery by: Providing technical guidance to…
