Boarding Officer

Job Duties You will liaise with port officials and terminal operators to plan husbandry works Coordinates operational activities at the port, while ensuring compliance with customs and immigration procedures, port and flag state regulations Assist in ship boarding activities Liaise with Terminal, MPA, ICA and Various port service providers for each ship-port interface event and progress Arranging Vessels Arrival, Departure and Port Formalities (inclusive of arrangement of Tugs, Pilots, Arrangement of Crew matters) Arranging and coordinating supply, provisions, etc Assisting on Crew Requirement, Documentation and Arrangement of crew Change Assisting and reporting to direct supervisor on operations matters and other task as assigned by the company Requirements Preferably 1 year of relevant experience A good team player and able to work independently Good communication skills Fast learner with positive attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented
