At Johnsons , we are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Branch  Colleague to join our busy Bedminster store in Bristol , with a primary focus on our laundry, Dry cleaning and photo printing operations. Position: Branch Colleague Location: Bristol (Based inside Bedminster ASDA) Job Type: Permanent / Part-Time Pay: £12.75 per hour Hours: 24 hours per week with potential overtime available Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate About the Role As a Branch Colleague, you will play an important role in ensuring garments and laundry items are processed efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll help maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the Branch. this role is hands on and customer facing so we are looking for someone with a can do attitude and bubbly and friendly with our customers. Full training will be provided, so previous laundry or dry cleaning experience is not essential. Key Responsibilities Processing laundry items safely and efficiently. Operating commercial laundry machinery and equipment. Sorting, preparing, finishing and packaging customer items. Booking orders in and out using company systems. Carrying out quality checks to ensure all items meet Timpson standards. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Supporting colleagues across the hub to meet daily productivity targets. Answering  telephone enquiries and communicating professionally with colleagues and customers. Serving customers with a high level of customer service at all times. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
