Position: Brand instructor
Location: UB, Mongolia
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and schedule comprehensive training programs for sales staff;
Assist with daily operational support at dealers;
Conduct training sessions focused on establishing the Brand's standard customer care;
Identify and clarify operational issues, providing advice and support for countermeasures;
Lead initiatives to enhance customer care activities at dealers;
Promote and ensure adherence to the Brand Philosophy among customers and within the
market;
Monitor and maintain the Brand quality performance metrics for dealers;
Provide translation services for business meetings, conferences, and related events when
necessary;
Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management practices are implemented;
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field;
Exceptional communication skills in Mongolian, both verbal and written;
Proficiency in Japanese / English (communicative English is required);
Ability to research and acquire knowledge in new areas as needed;
Potential to develop data analysis skills;
