Your mission at WorkNomads: Preparation and presentation of breakfast for hotel guests; Preparation of hot and cold breakfasts, eggs, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items Maintaining a stocked and well-presented breakfast buffet Preparation of products and ingredients (prep work) for subsequent shifts Oversee the cleaning of work areas, equipment, and kitchenware. Requirements We want to hear from you if you have: Secondary education in food technology Previous experience as a cook Thorough knowledge of regulations and internal procedures regarding food preparation processes, hygiene and sanitary standards for food production, as well as occupational health and safety and fire safety in the kitchen Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Bulgarian Availability to work on weekends and official holidays A passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting A team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background Benefits Perks of being one of us:  Join our Sofia, Bulgaria office under a local employment contract that offers a comprehensive social welfare package. 8-hour work shifts Shift work based on a pre-prepared schedule Global vibe: an international and dynamic workplace.  Total Rewards: paid time off and competitive remuneration (1,200-1,300 EUR NET).
