At Pegasus, the safety and wellbeing of our residents are our highest priorities. Therefore, this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check (we handle the application and cost for this).
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a 'people person' who takes genuine pride in their surroundings. You are as comfortable chatting with a resident over coffee as you are checking a fire alarm panel or coordinating a contractor.
Your skills & experience
You’re empathetic, patient, and genuinely enjoy creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere for residents and their families.
Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or luxury hospitality is a significant plus.
You take responsibility seriously. You understand the importance of Health & Safety compliance and are diligent in essential checks and record-keeping.
