Team & Role Summary The TDS CRM Technology team is responsible for delivering and supporting the strategic CRM platforms and client intelligence capabilities used across Research and Capital Markets. We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and data teams to define and deliver CRM capabilities that improve client intelligence, workflow efficiency, reporting, and decision-making. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements while supporting CRM modernization, data initiatives, and AI-enabled solutions. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams by defining requirements, analyzing processes and data, managing delivery priorities, and driving the successful implementation of CRM, data, analytics, and AI capabilities that support Research and Capital Markets users.
