This is a 12-months fixed term contract, with renewal potential up to 36 months. Location: Paya Lebar Quarter We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. What the officer will be working on: Gather, analyse and document business needs, current- and future-state processes, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops and discussions with business users, product and project teams, engineers and vendors to clarify requirements and support solution design. Maintain requirements traceability, process flows and supporting documentation, and assist with backlog refinement and sprint activities. Prepare test scenarios and coordinate system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing, including defect tracking and retesting. Support deployment, change communication, operational readiness, production issue analysis and transition to business-as-usual operations. Undertake handover and job-shadowing to acquire the relevant system, process and stakeholder knowledge. Requirements What are we looking for? At least 4 years of experience. Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders. End to end experience working with product team to build products. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
