Job Title: Consultant – Supply Chain & AI Analytics Years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years About the Role The Consultant is a techno-functional professional responsible for supporting digital transformation, supply chain optimization, and AI-enabled initiatives through business analysis, advanced data analytics, and effective stakeholder management. Working as a Consultants this role bridges the gap between raw data, supply chain operations, and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses an engineering or statistics background, strong quantitative skills, and a passion for turning complex datasets into compelling visual stories. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, analyze end-to-end supply chain and inventory data, and leverage modern GenAI tools (like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude) to accelerate daily delivery, build executive-ready presentations, and drive actionable insights. Key Responsibilities 1. Supply Chain & Inventory Analytics Analyze supply chain and inventory datasets (e.g., stock levels, lead times, safety stock, demand forecasts, turnover rates, order fulfillment) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities. Perform root-cause analysis on operational metrics and translate technical findings into business implications. Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using analytical tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 2. Data Storytelling & Executive Communication Translate complex data and analytical outputs into clear, impactful visual charts, graphs, and narrative-driven presentations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Conduct stakeholder workshops and discussions to understand business challenges, refine requirements, and present data-backed solutions. Craft structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and data dictionaries. 3. AI-Powered Productivity & Innovation Actively utilize Generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline daily workflows—including rapid prototyping, documentation generation, data synthesis, query writing, and presentation structuring.
