This position involves maintaining compliance with accounting principles, communicating effectively with team members and clients, and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines while contributing to the firm’s success. Your Impact (Essential Duties): Perform accounting functions such as bank reconciliations, coding expenses, payroll and equity reconciliations, bill payments, and accounts receivable for multiple entities Prepare financial records for general tax preparation, 1099s, and tangible personal property returns Compile financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis based on client needs Apply basic accounting principles and methods, including cash, accrual, and GAAP Analyze accounting data with attention to big-picture implications and logical thinking Communicate project statuses and questions effectively with team members and supervisors Interact with clients to gain a basic understanding of their financial affairs and needs, as directed by relationship managers Participate in training and independent learning to enhance technical and professional knowledge Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple engagements Contribute to team efforts by supporting colleagues and taking initiative when needed Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of…
