Reporting to : Lead Benefits & Payroll Manager

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution of US payroll, with growing ownership of UK and India payroll over time, plus a supporting role in global benefits operations.
This position partners closely with global HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver a high-quality employee experience while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Coordination
· Process and execute end-to-end US payroll each pay cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
· Maintain payroll data integrity within Workday, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and other employee updates
· Serve as the primary point of contact for US payroll questions from employees and internal stakeholders
· Partner with Finance and accounting to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and support audits
· Support payroll system testing, configuration updates, and process improvements
· Over time, take on end-to-end payroll processing for the UK and India as the role expands into a multi-country payroll function
Benefits Operational Support
· Review and reconcile monthly benefits invoices for accuracy before submission
· Generate and maintain benefits reporting to support data integrity, audits, and stakeholder requests
· Process benefits elections, including new hire enrollments and life event changes
· Over time, assist with leave of absence administration and support the annual 401(k) audit
Qualifications
· 3-5 years of experience in US payroll administration; multi-country payroll exposure (UK, India) a plus
· US based company experience; work or education in US preferred
· Experience with Workday payroll and benefits
· Excellent excel and data analysis skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, transactional work
