We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's revenue growth. This role is well suited for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Lead Generation
Identify and research potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities through online research, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
Proactively reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying qualified leads and nurturing prospects through different stages of the sales process.
Understand customer requirements and present relevant products or services that address their business needs.
Explore opportunities to expand the company's customer base and support revenue-generation initiatives.
2. Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct introductory calls, schedule meetings, and follow up with potential customers to understand their requirements.
Respond to client queries promptly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain regular communication with prospects to build trust and improve conversion rates.
3. Sales and Conversion
Support the sales process from initial outreach and lead qualification to negotiations and deal closure.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other client-facing documents as required.
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates to ensure consistent progress toward business targets.
Collaborate with senior team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer acquisition.
4. Market Research and Reporting
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, competitor offerings, and emerging business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems or internal trackers.
