InPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 5000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. Job Overview:
The Customer BDE is a role combining customer success and business development. The mission is to build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with existing clients while identifying and unlocking growth opportunities. By acting as a strategic advisor and commercial partner, the Business Development Expert ensures customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across products and services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Business Development & Expansion
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative engagement
• Co-develop growth plans tailored to client needs and market trends
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to propose innovative solutions
• Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for a specifi portfolio of clients
• Understand client goals, pain points, and operational context
• Ensure consistent delivery quality and proactive issue resolution
Customer Advocacy & Retention
• Monitor customer satisfaction, usage data, and service adoption
• Lead periodic business reviews to demonstrate value and performance
• Act as the internal voice of the customer to influence roadmap and priorities
Revenue Accountability
• Contribute to revenue targets through renewals and expansion deals
• Maintain accurate forecasts and activity tracking in CRM
• Support commercial negotiations and contract renewals
Key Skills:
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Logistics, Technology, or related industries.
Good command of English, with a minimum proficiency level of B1.
Excellent interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
