Business Development & Growth Associate

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development & Growth Associate who enjoys solving problems and getting things done. You will work closely with our Director - Business Development & Sales and the CEO on sales, business development, marketing, and strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities Build lead lists and research target companies and decision-makers Support outreach and sales campaigns Research markets, competitors, industries, and new opportunities Help formulate sales, business, and marketing strategies Create presentations, sales decks, proposals, and marketing materials Take ideas from the leadership team and independently turn them into actionable plans Experiment with new approaches to generate leads and grow the business What We’re Looking For Strong research and problem-solving skills Enthusiastic, curious, and willing to learn Ability to work independently and take ownership Good written and verbal communication Comfortable creating presentations and working with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets Interest in sales, marketing, business strategy, technology, or AI Someone who is execution-focused — not afraid to figure things out and get things done Freshers with a positive attitude, curiosity, and enthusiasm to learn are encouraged to apply Who we are: At CIED Group, we are on a mission to make the global food supply chain more efficient, intelligent and transparent.
