Responsibilities: Support daily operations, scheduling, and booking coordination Assist with supply-demand planning to match caregiver availability with customer needs Identify and onboard homecare partners to expand our caregiver network Track customer feedback and support quality guidelines and service improvements Monitor category performance and identify opportunities for growth We're Looking For: Highly motivated and proactive mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, curious and eager to learn about business development and community engagement, currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
