Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative at Revalize plays a critical role in growing our business. This position will focus on developing qualified prospects for our sales process through cold-calling, referral network nurturing, partner channel development and the management of various marketing and social media programs designed to cultivate prospects for deeper qualification. Location Hybrid in Karlsruhe (3 days/week) Responsibilities Commits to and delivers on standard service level agreements regarding lead follow-up protocol, brand messaging, business system process adherence, and key-performance-indicator tracking and reporting. Develops target prospect lists and executes cold outreach to leaders at select accounts. Provides high-level information on why Revalize is the right solution for prospects' needs. Generates qualified leads and sets meetings to create qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team. Manages a pipeline and provides accurate data in Salesforce to support forecasting. Uses AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done — identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve 0-2 years' experience at a business-to-business organization in an Inside Business Development or Inside Sales role; recent graduates welcome. Confident, clear, and succinct communication style in both English and German, written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Preferences/Nice to have Bachelor's Degree. Prior experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io.   Compensation On-Target Earnings €58,000 - €60,000 per year with uncapped commissions Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.
