Telecom Installer Apprentice

The Installer Apprentice is an entry-level role that provides on-the-job training and structured instruction (classroom, online, etc.) to develop foundational skills needed for telecommunications equipment installation in a Central Office environment. Under close supervision, the Installer Apprentice learns and performs installation, maintenance, and servicing of telecommunications equipment. Upon successful completion of the training phase, apprentices will advance to a Level I Installer role, gaining hands-on field experience while working alongside experienced mentors to handle increasingly complex tasks.
