Business Process Analyst, Senior

The Business Configuration Shared Services team serves as the operational foundation of the Business Configuration organization, coordinating and supporting the end-to-end configuration delivery lifecycle. The team ensures configuration requests are prioritized, tracked, delivered, released, reported on, and supported, while also providing automation, environment management, security coordination, governance, and operational leadership across the department. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Configuration, the Senior Business Process Analyst manages operational, project, and strategic initiatives while delivering high-quality analysis, process documentation, and business support. This role drives consistency, improves operational efficiency, and translates complex information into actionable recommendations, enabling informed decision-making and helping the organization adapt to evolving business needs.
