The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of key business initiatives across the SPA organisation. Working closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders, this individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. The successful candidate will combine strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a structured approach to problem solving to drive delivery excellence and organisational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution against agreed timelines, scope, and objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to minimise delivery challenges.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of blockers.
Drive accountability across teams to ensure delivery commitments are met and project outcomes are achieved.
Stakeholder Coordination & Governance
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product & Technology, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholder groups.
Establish and manage project governance frameworks, reporting processes, and decision-making forums.
Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and working sessions to ensure alignment and momentum.
